Hoffmann’s Fine Foods, founded by Klaus Hoffmann in 1986 in Winnipeg, has been a local favorite for decades. Mr. Hoffmann ran a catering company while he was working as head of Culinary Arts program at Red River College. Starting with handcrafted chicken fingers and honey dill sauce, the overwhelming response led to expanding our offerings.
